Modernized Design, Familiar Experience

Exciting news awaits! This fall, we're thrilled to announce a rejuvenated look and enhanced functionality for our online banking, mobile app, and website. The update promises a fresh appearance, improved user-friendly navigation, and sets the stage for seamless integration of future updates and modern features.

Members will automatically transition when they login to online banking after the refreshed system is live. Mobile app users will need to update their apps. Current login and password information will remain unchanged.

As we launch our revamped website and mobile app, we don't foresee any interruptions in service. However, it's prudent to have your Login Profile details handy and be ready with your Password (Personal Access Code/PAC) for a smooth login experience."

Introducing Our Redesigned Website: A Modern, Accessible, and Responsive Experience

Our newly redesigned website will offer a modern look and feel, improved accessibility, and a responsive design that ensures a seamless online experience across various devices and screen sizes.

A Modern Look and Feel

Our updated website features include a contemporary design. The interface is sleek, intuitive, and visually appealing, providing a more engaging and enjoyable browsing experience for all visitors.

The use of modern design elements, streamlined navigation, and visually pleasing graphics creates an inviting atmosphere for users, enhancing their interaction with our platform and its content.

Enhanced Accessibility

Accessibility is a fundamental aspect of our website redesign. We've worked diligently to ensure that our website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We've incorporated best practices in web accessibility to guarantee that everyone can easily navigate, comprehend, and interact with the content.

Features such as alt text for images, proper heading structures, keyboard navigation, and a focus on color contrast make our website usable and understandable for individuals with various abilities and impairments. We aim to create an inclusive online environment that caters to the diverse needs of our audience.

Responsive Design for Seamless Browsing

Our website will boast a fully responsive design, meaning it adapts effortlessly to any device or screen size. Whether you're accessing our site on a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone, the layout and content will adjust dynamically to provide an optimized viewing experience.

This responsive design ensures that users can easily navigate our website, read content, and access functionalities without any hindrances, regardless of the device they are using. It allows for a consistent and enjoyable experience across all platforms, improving user satisfaction and engagement.

Online Banking

If you’re an Online Banking user, you’ll notice a refreshed login screen, however you’ll continue to login the same way that you are used to. Once you are logged in, you’ll see a snapshot of your accounts, as well as any scheduled transactions.

You’ll notice that the main menu on the left still holds all of the same function options, but has been updated to make it clearer and easier to navigate.

The updated layout of the screens provides an overall better user experience, and regardless of the device you are using, the responsive design means that it’s easy to do your online banking on any screen size.

Mobile App

Mobile App users will also see a refreshed login screen, and as with online banking, the way that you login remains unchanged. You’ll notice a larger Quickview area, which you can customize to feature three accounts of your choice for easy balance checks.

Android users will have the option to set up fingerprint ID for a simpler, more secure login from their mobile device.

The functionality of the app will feel very familiar, with easier navigation and increased speed for a better mobile banking experience.
