Anti‑Fraud Advisory: Collabria Mastercard Impersonation Calls: We have been advised of an increase in fraudsters posing as Collabria and contacting members about “suspicious activity” on their accounts. The caller typically lists fake transactions and then probes for personal information, such as Online Mobile Banking Login credentials and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) codes. DO NOT provide any information to a caller unless you have independently confirmed the number and initiated the outbound call yourself.
